Simply Three began with a simple belief, that the best things in life don’t need to be complicated. What started as a passion for honest baking at home slowly turned into something more meaningful: a desire to bring real, handcrafted bread back to the community. No shortcuts, no unnecessary extras, just time, patience, and a deep respect for the craft.

In a world that moves fast, Simply Three chose to slow down. Each loaf is shaped by hand, naturally fermented, and baked with intention. To us baking is a way of life that brings people together around something real and nourishing.

But Simply Three was never meant to be a massive production bakery. From the beginning, the vision was clear, create incredible bread while still protecting what matters most at home. That’s why the bakery operates on a limited baking schedule, allowing time for family while still sharing the love and passion that inspired the journey in the first place.

Sourdough bread is a great choice because its natural fermentation makes it easier to digest and more flavorful than conventional bread. The slow process helps break down gluten and supports better nutrient absorption, while also giving it that rich, tangy taste. Made with simple ingredients and time-honored methods, sourdough offers a wholesome, satisfying option for everyday eating.

Our bread is made using traditional artisan methods, including slow fermentation and small-batch baking and only organic flour. This process develops deeper flavor, better texture, and a more authentic, handcrafted experience.

We believe great bread takes time and intention. Our limited baking days allow us to stay hands-on with every loaf, maintain true artisan quality, and balance our passion for baking with our commitment to family and community.

All our bread is made fresh on-site and sold the same day. This way, every loaf is enjoyed at its peak of flavor and freshness. If you would like to place an order just use the contact form and we will have your order ready on our days we will be at the shop! 

We recommend storing your bread in a paper bag or bread box at room temperature for daily use. If you want to keep it longer, slice it and freeze it, then toast or warm it when you’re ready to enjoy.
